Old Trail School’s social studies curriculum prepares students to be informed, responsible, and contributing citizens to our society by instilling in them respect for the rights and beliefs of others in this diverse world. Through the study of history, geography, economics, political science, cultures, government, and current events, students examine cultural and historical events from a global perspective.  By combining social studies instruction with the study of other disciplines, students have many opportunities to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.
