Summer Camp

S'Camp, Old Trail School's Summer Camp, has grown in popularity since its inception more than three decades ago. S'Camp is open to any child, toddler to 15 years old. Our program is flexible to meet the needs of busy families. We offer morning, afternoon and all day classes for one week or for multiple weeks and an extended camp program. Students can mix and match programs from more than 150 offerings.  Lunch and transportation are also available.

Online Registration Instructions  Summer Camp Brochure

1.   Search camps by DATE/WEEK, CHILD'S AGE or TIME
      OF DAY

2.   Click on class for a detailed description

3.   Click "add" to place class in your cart

4.   Click "continue" after all classes have been added to cart

5.   Enter your email address

6.   Select additional options (transportation, lunch, etc.) then
      click "continue"

7.   Complete your registration information, enter payment and
      submit

Extended Camp Options

Morning and afternoon extended day program options are offered during weeks 1-7. Earlydrop-off at 7:45 a.m. is available for $8 permorning and late pick-up is available from3 – 5:45 p.m. for $15 per afternoon. Extended day campers will have the opportunity to participate in gym activities in the morning or swimming and gym in the afternoon(swimming only available weeks 1-6).Registration options for this program are available on our website. Preregistration is strongly recommended. Campers not picked upby 5:45 p.m. will be charged.

Lunch

A fresh nutritious lunch is available daily for $20 per week ($16 week 4). It is prepared by Metz & Associates Dining Services contracted by Old Trail School during the school year. Campers are asked to sign-up for lunch at least a week in advance. Lunch is provided in weeks 1 through 7.

Transportation

Transportation is available from Hudson - Redeemer Church, 190 W. Streetsboro Rd. and Brecksville - Saint Basil the Great-Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd. Cost is $25 for unlimited morning and/or afternoon use per week.

Note: Bus transportation is provided in weeks 1 through 7. There is no mid-day run. Bus departs at 8:20 a.m. and returns at approximately 3:25 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation/Refund Policy Refunds requested in writing by email, fax or letter at least two weeks prior to a class start date will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee (80% of total fee refunded). If no such request is made, no refund can be processed. No refunds will be given after a class begins. Refunds or discounts cannot be given for camper absences including vacation schedules, conflicting activities or just a change in plans. S’Camp reserves the right to change or cancel a course/camp or program. All efforts will be made to assign students affected to another available camp. If placement is not possible, S’Camp will offer a full refund or credit for another camp/course. Camper schedule changes will incur a $10 per class change fee.
