Old Trail School’s Board of Trustees is comprised of men and women of diverse backgrounds and expertise. Parents, past-parents, grandparents, alumni and area residents are constituent groups most often serving as Trustees.

Old Trail School’s Board is primarily responsible for the following:

Determine Old Trail’s Mission, Vision, Values and Purpose.
Ensure effective organizational planning.
Select, support and assess the Headmaster.
Exercise fiduciary responsibility and oversight.
Ensure legal and ethical integrity and maintain accountability.
