Geology Experts bring Fossils to OTS

Geology Experts bring Fossils to OTS

At Old Trail, we believe that hands-on experiences and real-world connections are essential to inspiring a lifelong love of learning. Recently, our Grade 3 students had the unique opportunity to explore the wonders of geology with the help of real-life experts from the University of Akron Field Station.

These visiting professionals brought an incredible collection of fossils and rocks, turning our classrooms into interactive learning labs. Students were captivated as they examined specimens up close. From prehistoric sea creatures to ancient rock formations, each piece offered a glimpse into the natural world’s past.
