Old Trail School seeks to enroll qualified, imaginative, and well-rounded students for its Early Childhood and Primary, Intermediate, and Middle School Programs, whose families understand and embrace the School’s mission of developing intellectually curious, independent thinking students who emerge with a passion for discovery, critical thinking and collaborative learning.
The admission processes and requirements for each program and grade level, as well as for international students, are outlined below. For Primary, Intermediate, and Middle School grades, the application process generally includes:
- Online Application for Admission (and application fee)
- School transcripts and testing scores (where applicable)
- Teacher evaluation(s)
- Screening or Visit Day (along with applicable assessments)
- Testing Session (Middle School only)
For best consideration, please submit applications by January 15. We will continue to review applications received after this date for remaining spaces. Admission into all educational programs is based upon a child’s preparedness to benefit from and succeed in the program, as determined by the School’s Admission Committee, as well as space availability. Because of the popularity of Old Trail’s programs, we encourage families to complete the admission process as early as possible.
