Extended Care

Old Trail School offers Before Care each school day from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. for a daily rate of $5. This convenient option is available on an as-needed basis—no pre-registration required. Families may use the service any day it’s needed, though please note that no discounts apply. Before Care provides a calm and supervised start to the school day in a familiar and welcoming environment.

OTS+, Old Trail School's After Care program, provides a flexible and supportive after-school option for families, available each school day from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. Families may choose to preregister for one or more days at a discounted rate or utilize the convenient drop-in option at a daily rate. 

All students enjoy time in a welcoming Homebase where they can have a snack, complete homework, participate in fun activities or simply unwind with friends until pick-up. Enrichment offerings are available exclusively to families who preregister, adding even more value to the extended day. 

Registration Options

• Preregister: Families who preregister benefit from a reduced rate and gain access to Enrichment classes at no additional cost on the days their child is registered. Those who preregister for all five weekdays receive an additional $100 discount for the session.
• Drop-In: Families may also use OTS+ on a drop-in basis at a rate of $5.50 per half hour, with charges billed at the end of the month. Drop-in students enjoy the Homebase experience but are not eligible to participate in Enrichment classes. Register for OTS+

Old Trail School’s Staycation program offers a fun and enriching option for students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 on select days off from school. Running from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., each Staycation features a unique, theme-based experience that keeps children active, inspired and connected with their peers. More than just child care, the program encourages creativity, social connection and play in a relaxed, engaging environment. Parents can feel confident knowing their children are spending the day in the familiar surroundings of their school or exploring exciting local venues—always under the care of trusted adults.
