New Nature-Based Playscapes Unveiled

Thanks to the generosity of countless donors and the creative thinking of many talented individuals, the new Early Childhood and Primary playscapes were completed over the summer.
These incredible new spaces foster imagination, give students the opportunity to connect with the natural world, develop important social and cognitive skills, and simply have fun.

In addition to our generous donors, we are grateful for the work of the lead architect Michelle Mathis of
Learning Landscapes Design LLC; the Ohio-based architect Dan McClarren of Impullitti Landscaping, Inc.; and the work of Nathan, Danny and Josh from Impullitti; and A. Crano Excavating of Akron.

We are also extremely grateful to
The Davey Tree Expert Company, which donated material and labor to help complete the spaces for our students.
