Final Feast From the Field Scheduled for May 21
Join us for our final Feast from the Field, a virtual adaptation of our traditional fall event, held at home on Friday, May 21.
Our Spring event will feature a wonderful, multi-course meal for four (4) that families can pick up from the school and enjoy at home. Click here
to purchase your meal for $200 and support Old Trail School. Dinners will be available for pick up at the school on May 21 between 3:45-5 p.m.
- Salad: A delicious strawberry salad featuring fresh sliced strawberries, mangos, avocados, red onion, spiced pecans, goat cheese on a bed of local (OTS garden) mixed greens with a white balsamic vinaigrette
Gorgonzola-stuffed beef tenderloin with cherry black pepper reduction: Herb-crusted beef tenderloin stuffed with creamy gorgonzola. Pan seared and finished to a medium rare, topped with seasonal cherries slow cooked with cognac and black peppercorns. Entree served with charred fresh asparagus with lemon zest and white wine sauce, mixed tri-colored potatoes with spring herbs and shaved parmesan and warm crusty rolls.
[Vegetarian Option] Caramelized upside-down leek and tomato tart: Spring leeks sauteed and caramelized with blister heirloom tomatoes, parmesan cheese and fresh thyme in a flaky puff pastry crust topped with balsamic reduction. Entree served with charred fresh asparagus with lemon zest and white wine sauce, mixed tri-colored potatoes with spring herbs and shaved parmesan and warm crusty rolls.
- Very berry cream tarts dessert: Flakey shortbread crust with white chocolate pastry cream and sugared fresh berries.
